i {love} when i come across a picture from a shoot that i cant STOP loving! i love when i can give MYSELF the gooey feelings...like i KNOW i captured a moment...well this is one of those pictures. i can seriously FEEL the love...i LOVE {LOVE} love this shot. and there are more to come {h} fam...

for REAL! this little guy is so cute! seriously cute! actually, this is the little that guy that made my hubby CRY about a year and a half ago....you see, this little guy is the son of my husbands bestie. this little guy has 3 older sisters...DARLING older sisters...and at the time i was was pregnant with yet ANOTHER baby girl, our 4th to be exact, his mama was pregnant with him...a boy. when my sweet husband found out that his bestie {lucked} out and got a BOY, it made his eyes fill up. sure he was happy for the bestie...but a bit sad that he didnt get one! anyway, we {LOVE} this family very very much...and i am so {happy} that i got to do first birthday pictures of him...happy birthday jake man!

oh my {heavens} i cant tell you how excited i have been to be able to take these little munchies photos!! it's been a long time in the making...but here they are! introducing...{avery} {aiden} and {camden}....how cute are they!

sooo i'm going to be blunt. i {love} what i do! i {LOVE} that i offer a full disk of high resolution images for my clients. i {love} when i get a cd with a copyright because then i know i have back up just in case...ya know?

well, i think i need to make it VERY clear what my copyright says...because i'm feeling like it really isnt even read! i'm seeing images on our dear friend {facebook} that i have taken...but wait! they look like a cheap snapshot! what happened! where is the image i spent so much time on?

so here it is: it says you may {PRINT} and /or {CROP}/{ENLARGE} the images on the disk received.


thats it! you cant change colors...ie make a black and white now purple green and red smudges. you CANT distort the original image so much that it is now something offensive! seriously! what is the purpose of me spending hour upon hour editing and perfecting an image to give to a client if that client is going to run it through some cheap downloaded program and COMPLETELY change the image? it no longer MY work and creation. it is NO longer MY art. it is insulting and sorry, but it's rude. why am i wasting my time?

bottom line, please read your copyright. please respect what i do. and PLEASE enjoy your pictures!

happy {happy} 3rd birthday, to the liz-myster! she is one of the {cutest} silliest {funniest} little ones EVER! i have to say the giggle picture with her sugar babies is a {fave} for life! thanks lizzie for you giggles and sweet smile!

this b-e-a-u-tiful mom is {SO} worth celebrating! she is a strong, sweet, talented, loving, forgiving, thoughtful and courageous mama. this shot was taken RIGHT after her baby was born. she had quite the labor and i admire her strength and love for her newborn baby. cant you feel the relief in her face? can you imagine the thoughts RACING through her mind as she kisses her brand new baby cradeled in her arms. i {heart} this picture.
