in all her beauty...it's laura!

the funniest thing about this girl...is that she has NO idea how gorgeous she is! this is my friend for life aka a "card girl." i love her. very much. she was the one with me when i got divorced. she was the one with me when i had a baby in the nicu. she is the one throwing baby showers for all of us, helping with surprise birthday bashes, watching our kids at a drop of a hat, and smiling through all of her pain so we can stay happy. she is strong. smart. courageous. bold. sweet. caring and thoughtful just to name a few. and here are a FEW of the shots i got of her on our special girl time :) love you miss laura ♥

sweet sydney ray...wait a minute!

havent i used that title before? probably...with my OWN daughter! but this angel belongs to a friend...who happens to have a sweet newborn with the same name as my little sugar...different spelling on the middle name...so it makes it alright, right? :) fun. anyway...this was the makings of a shoot gone bad...turned {REALLY} great! i love that this baby's mama let me do my thing! she just handed me the baby pretty much! she trusted what i was going to do...she knew my style AND having a girl makes all the difference in my world...hello! i have four daughters...i dont do the boy thing too well ;) so, here they are...in all their glory!

{it's been awhile...}

can you believe i have been {TOO} busy to update my blog?? that, and my trusty lens went to heaven...it's over for that one! so lens shopping and waiting has ben a bummer...but i DO have a few shoots and practice lens' that i have been doing...so i have a darling few of my teeny...just for your viewing pleasure. it's she a total {DOLL}!! we ♥ her SO very very much!

eat this, sweet tooth fairy! just kidding...i {love} the sweet toothfairy coconut cupcakes...so i decided to make my own and see if i could come up with something as good as theirs...and i must say...UM!

{jasperson family...and a first birthday...}

these cute people are the jaspersons...so cute! this mama is SO chill and i love it! and this papa is pretty fun! the baby? word...he is so really chunky and smiley and sweet and darling! oh and he is perfectly {one}!! so. needless to say, i {loved} this shoot...very much. and the location is a new fave! i had been saving this spot for our {own} family pictures...so once those were off the to-do list, i was ready for a willing shoot! and this is it!
